Official Rules

    1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
    2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on February [], 2025, at 12am EST through April 30, 2025, at 12am EST, for every qualified purchase of DuraEdge Products purchased through the On Deck Sports website (www.ondecksports.com) or Beacon Athletics website (www.beaconathletics.com), participants will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win twenty (20) tickets: one (1) for winner and nineteen (19) guests to attend one (1) Minor League Baseball (“MiLB”) game in a suite during the 2025 MiLB season at Sponsor’s sole discretion. A qualified purchase shall include one pallet of any DuraEdge packaged product, a load of any bulk DuraEdge product or a super sack of any DuraEdge product. TO OBTAIN AN ENTRY WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE, legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, country, telephone number, and complete e-mail address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard (no outer envelope) and mail it to: DuraEdge Products, Inc., Attention: Suite Experience, 149 South Broad Street, Grove City, PA 16127. Mail must be postmarked by April 30, 2025, and received by May 7, 2025, to be eligible.
    3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, and excluding New York, Florida and all other U.S. territories where restricted or prohibited by law, which residents are eighteen (18) years of age and older (except in the case of residents of jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years, such legal age of majority) as of the date of entry, except for employees of DuraEdge Products, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (“Sponsor”), Promounds, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company DBA On Deck Sports (“On Deck”), Beacon Athletics, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Beacon”), the PDL Entities, the MLB Entities, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively, Sponsor, On Deck and Beacon are sometime referred to as the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. “PDL Entities” means MLB Professional Developments Leagues, LLC (“PDL”), each PDL Club, each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which now or in the future controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with PDL and the PDL Clubs, and all officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and members of those entities. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. Void where prohibited.
    4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 8, 2025, by Sponsor to select fifteen (15) winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone within ten (10) days following the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, such failure to respond will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
    5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Promotion Parties’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Sweepstakes be cancelled or modified in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
    6. PRIZES: Each prize includes twenty (20) tickets for winner and nineteen (19) guests to attend one MiLB game in an MiLB suite during the 2025 season (each a “Prize Suite”) at a game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Prize Suite value: $2,500.00. Event location and game date and time will be determined after winners are selected. Sponsor and MiLB will work with winners to select a game date and time at a MiLB stadium location that works for all parties, subject to availability. Suite tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for their cash value. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Travel to and from the MiLB game will not be covered by Sponsor or MiLB and will be at the sole cost and expense of the winners. Limited food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and ordered beforehand; any additional food or beverages may be purchased at the winners’/attendees’ sole expense.

    Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minor League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the PDL and/or the applicable PDL Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by PDL, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the PDL Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the PDL Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Minor League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Minor League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

    1. FAN CODE OF CONDUCT: Winners agree to abide by MiLB’s Fan Code of Conduct when attending the game:

    Fan Code of Conduct

    All guests of MiLB stadiums are prohibited from:

    • Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
    • Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
    • Throwing or tossing objects;
    • Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
    • Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive towards players, coaches or other fans;
    • Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
    • Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
    • Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
    • Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.

    Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.

    Disruptive and unruly behavior is defined as any conduct that is a distraction to players or coaches, or is not conducive to a fun, family atmosphere and prevents others from enjoying their experience while attending a game.

    Violations Fan Code of Conduct

    Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at the nearest Guest Services location, directly with Ballpark Security or by contacting the local team offices.

    Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.

    1. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Mercer County, Grove City, Pennsylvania.
    2. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Promotion Parties’ respective websites.
