We care about the safety and playability of your infield skin. Each member of our team is experienced to provide a lasting solution and not a seasonal quick fix. From professional groundskeepers to installation specialists, we’ve curated a team of industry experts who not only know the right solution, but oftentimes have been in your very own footsteps.

With a degree in both Geology and Soil Science from Rutgers University, Mike brought 20 years of sports field construction experience with him when he joined DuraEdge Products full time in January 2017. Prior to joining the team, he worked in his family’s construction company as a DuraEdge installer and DuraMixer operator for many years. Mike manages our Florida production facility, oversees installation crews across the country and supervises new and existing satellite production locations. Mike enjoys getting to travel to locations across the country providing solutions for the needs of the company and our customers. When Mike isn’t busy at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids and barbequing on his smoker.

Luke has been a member of the Sports Turf Industry for more than two decades. After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Turf Science, Luke went on to have a career as a head groundskeeper for the Iowa Cubs, Pittsburgh Pirates, and the San Diego Padres. During his MLB career he had opportunities to consult with professional fields in Korea, Sweden, and the Dominican Republic. Luke also served as a National Sports Fields Specialist with Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply before joining DuraEdge in early 2018. When he isn’t thinking about “dirt and ball fields” he, along with his wife, Lori and daughter’s Lily and Laney, spend time at home in Greenville, SC. They have two Yorkies to add to the family life. He is an avid “groundskeeper” even in is down time as his hobbies are gardening, landscape design, and outdoor cooking.

Coby came to DuraEdge in 2010 with over 20 years of experience in construction, aggregates, logistics and sales under his belt. Coby feels very blessed to be part of a team that genuinely cares about the mission of creating safe and playable surfaces for ball players of all ages. Residing in Cincinnati, his faith, family, friends, Browns, Buckeyes, traveling and singing are his main passions outside of work.

Patrick spent 23 years working in Minor League baseball before joining DuraEdge in November of 2017. More commonly known in the industry as “Irish”, he enjoyed an award-winning career working for seven different teams in five different states. Irish is now settled in Maryland as the Mid-Atlantic Sales Representative for DuraEdge. He lives there with his wife Jennifer, a former MiLB veteran herself, and his 14-year-old daughter Riley, an aspiring writer who is currently doing research for her first sitcom based upon her father’s Minor League Baseball life. Look for it on Netflix in about 10 years.

Greg joined the DuraEdge team 2 ½ years ago but had sold DuraEdge products for almost 10. Greg enjoys working with our clients directly and providing them with solutions to help them get their baseball and softball fields in the best condition they can be. Married for almost 25 years with 2 sons in college, Greg enjoys playing hockey and golf as well as deer hunting in his free time.

Dave joined the DuraEdge team 3 years ago to manage the distribution network for our packaged products. Dave enjoys working with existing Distributors and expanding the network by bringing on new Distributors while getting to see different parts of the country as he travels. Outside of work, Dave enjoys a good round of golf, travel, spending time with his grand kids and following Cleveland sports teams.

Mike started Homefield almost 20 years ago. During that time, Mike was a large proponent of DuraEdge in the 4 states he covered. After Mike joined the DuraEdge team about 3 years ago, Homefield eventually transitioned to become apart of DuraEdge and the name for our Installation Service. Mike has written numerous articles for trade journals and been a frequent invited speaker on baseball field maintenance.
