DURAEDGE’S 2025 NCAA WOMEN’S COLLEGE WORLD SERIES TICKET GIVEAWAY (“Sweepstakes”)
OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on June 3, 2025, at 8:00am EST through June 4th, 2025, at 9:00am EST, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win: four (4) tickets to attend the (1) USA Softball (“USAS”) World Series on Thursday, June 5th at Devon Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. To enter, participants must “like” DuraEdge Products on Instagram (@DuraEdgeProducts), comment on and “share” DuraEdge’s 2025 NCAA Women’s College World Series Ticket Giveaway Instagram post from June 3rd, 2025.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, and excluding New York, Florida and all other U.S. territories where restricted or prohibited by law, for residents eighteen (18) years of age and older (except in the case of residents of jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years, such legal age of majority) as of the date of entry, except for employees of DuraEdge Products, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Sponsor”),
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 4, 2025, by the Sponsor to select one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message immediately following the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, such failure to respond will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Sweepstakes be cancelled or modified in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination.
6. PRIZES: Each prize includes four (4) tickets: one (1) ticket for the winner and three (3) guests to attend one (1) day at the 2025 NCAA Women’s College World Series. Approximate prize value: $180.00 ($45 per ticket). Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for their cash value. No substitution, return or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Travel to and from the 2025 NCAA Women’s College World Series game will not be covered by the Sponsor or USAS and will be at the sole cost and expense of the winners.
Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her (their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by USAS, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. The Sponsor and USA Softball reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. The Sponsor and USAS will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any USAS game/event/exhibition. USAS game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Mercer County, Grove City, Pennsylvania.
9. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor’s website.
